Vendor managed inventory (VMI)

VMI enables stock levels to be kept to a minimum and makes stock management quicker and easier, saving on operational costs. As with everything we offer, this service can be tailored around your business needs.

We will count and record stock levels of packaging products and when a re-order level is reached, Tri-Wall will replenish stock to make sure you never run out.

Stock and serve

Stock and serve offers all the economic benefits of batch production without taking up all your warehouse space. We’ll produce your ideal amount of stock and keep it on-site. When you need more of a certain product, we’ll pick and deliver. By manufacturing more, you’ll benefit from economy of scale – but without storage becoming an issue.
