Each of our sites across the UK has its own unique and deep founded heritage which has grown throughout decades and even centuries to develop a unique culture of hard work, family values and local service. It’s because of these values, along with the diversity of the portfolio, that it was an easy decision for us to bring the sites together under the Tri-Wall brand.
When we say we’ve been around the block a few times it’s no exaggeration! Our Manchester site first opened its doors in 1817, Wolverhampton in 1868, Gateshead and Swansea in 1937, North Shields in 1953 and Monmouth in 1960.
With all this experience it would be easy to say we’ve been there, done that and seen it all. But instead, we use our decades of experience and our drive for continuous improvement to keep Tri-Wall evolving and adapting to ever-changing market conditions and customer needs.
Tri-Wall was the first manufacturer to bring Triple Wall corrugated board to the UK and Europe when we first started in the UK. Since then we’ve grown from strength to strength, today operating out of six sites across the UK and an integral part of the Global Tri-Wall network with large-scale operations in Asia, North America and across Europe.
Since our inception, we’ve supplied to various industries including Aerospace, Automotive, Retail, Manufacturing and Engineering. We’re not defined by industries as our products are so diverse, universally in demand and we’re structured to adapt to changing customer needs.
We supply everything from bespoke pallets & conventional packaging to UN certified boxes for dangerous goods & specialised boxes for Lithium-Ion battery cells.
And our in-house test facilities are UKAS accredited, ensuring packaging is fit for road, sea and air with a cold room which drops to -40c, pressure testing and drop testing facilities to name just a few.
